Monolithic Glass

"Float Glass (Raw)" - This is a basic glass offering a variety of colors and meets the minimum required architectural characteristics. The important factor to consider is the glass thickness to panel size ratio. The larger the panel size, the thicker the glass required

Laminated Glass

Glass composed of two glass panels bonded together by a central layer of Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) or EVA. This type of glass offers numerous advantages compared to raw glass, including greater resistance to impacts, thermal and acoustic insulation. It provides greater resistance to temperature and sound transmission through it

In terms of safety, its main advantage is that in the event of breakage, large glass pieces remain attached to the central sheet, thus avoiding serious injuries (the same technology used in car windshields). In the case of attempted intrusion, in significantly hinders it

One of the additional advantages of laminated glass is that the PVB or EVA layer acts as a filter for ultraviolet (UV) rays

Laminated glass can be configured with 2 or more layers, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as floors, ceilings, among others

Tempered Glass

Insulated Glass (IGU)

Double Glazed Windows, also known as Insulated Glass Units (IGUs), consist of two glass panes hermetically sealed with a thermoplastic spacer, with a dehydrated air gap between the layers. This construction provides better thermal and acoustic insulation compared to monolithic glass

The main characteristic and purpose of Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) is to significantly reduce thermal exchanges between the two enclosed environments, isolating cold and heat. This reduction is temperature transmission, compared to monolithic glass, is due to the air gap contained between the two glass panes, which also provides thermal comfort in the internal space

Solar Control Glass

Solar control glass allows sunlight to pass through while reflecting a large portion of the sun's heat without the need for an additional film or coating

It is a range of glass with layers incorporated into the glass that have solar control and low-energy emissitivity properties, allowing for a decrease in heat transfer and an increase in insulation. These layers are applied nanometrically, optimizing light transmission, solar control, and high termal performance

The interior space remains bright and much cooler than if regular glass were used. Solar control glass can help improve energy efficiency and reduce the need for air conditioning during warmer months
